A townhouse in the Park View neighborhood of D.C. has a wet bar, wine fridge and a high-tech grow closet for marijuana.

Zoned Properties, a medical-marijuana real-estate company, is developing what it bills as the state's first "medical-marijuana business park."

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- Somerset County could soon be home to one of Maryland's first medical marijuana facilities.

Earlier this month, the state’s Department of Consumer Protection awarded licenses to open three more pot dispensaries in the state — and two of them are in Milford.
