The American Bar Association (ABA) adopted a resolution on Monday that calls on Congress to allow states to set their own marijuana policies and recommends rescheduling or descheduling cannabis under federal law.

The measure brings the number of conditions that can be treated by medical marijuana in Pennsylvania to 23.

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker signed two measures expanding what conditions are included for the state’s medical marijuana program and who’s allowed to authorize it.

“If you are planning to take a boat ride this summer in federal waters, leave your cannabis at home."
