Members of the Canadian aviation industry are forbidden from consuming cannabis for at least 28 days before going on duty, according to new rules now in force.

Last month, Ben & Jerry's encouraged its consumers to use marijuana, which is still illegal in 17 states. Now the ice cream maker says it "can't wait" to create CBD-infused ice cream, once it's legal.

The Massachusetts store has the distinction of being closer to New York City than any other recreational dispensary in the country.
