Chef Enid Parham is bringing her practice out of the shadows, with a cannabis-infused catering company called Lucky Pistil and a soon-to-launch online cooking show called Bonnie’s Kitchen.

"There's opportunity to kind of pave the way and learn about the rules, play by the rules and master this new industry."

Under cannabis prohibition, nothing signified one’s love of the plant more than bongs – but health-conscious users who prefer to vape don’t have much use for them.

Customers must hold a medicinal cannabis card to enter and to purchase any food, which is not intended to be eaten on site.

Thanks to legalization and a distaste for hangovers, more Americans are choosing cannabis over alcohol and pain pills.
